The Maxion Structural Components Trainee Program aims to develop talents for Strategic Positions that help us to build a more innovative company and more connected to the market of structural components and automotive systems.

With a 2-year duration, the Program was designed to the Trainee realize the Maxion core business and everything that is around it: a journey with your feet in Manufacturing and your eyes on the functional areas!

- The first year will be of job rotation added to mentoring development, career advice, projects, and hard & soft skills training.

- In the second year, you will get to know all the units (Cruzeiro / SP -Brazil, Castaños / México and Contagem / MG - Brazil), ending the last semester helping us to identify your final area of activity together with Mentors from the executive areas.
